picc即是hi-tech公司針對pic12、pic16所推出的C compiler。安裝完後，在microchip MPLAB內進行相關設定即可使用。至於CCS，沒使用過，所以無從比較優缺點。你可以爬爬之前的文章，好像有類似的討論…

就編寫方面,一般而言有用assembly和C
assembly 可能就沒有什麼特別的third party 但是,如果是以C來說 就分成相當多種third party tool 除了CCS , PICC ,Hi-tech ,不知尚有哪些各位用過的 可以敘其優缺點??
