剛收到美國開發工具部門的回覆如下:
MPLAB IDE Versions – 7.51 Tools affected – MPLAB ICD 2, MPLAB REAL ICE Devices affected – dsPIC33F, PIC24 There is a programming issue that was found in the Verification sequence of the programming cycle. The failure occurs in the Test Memory area, but only after the device programming has been cycled many times (50 to 100x). The customer will see an error similar to: { ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Test, Address = 0x800500, Expected Val = 0xFFFFFF, Val Read = 0xFFFFFE) ICD0275: Programming failed. REAL ICE workaround – MPLAB IDE 7.52, due out today, does fix this issue for the REAL ICE. ICD 2 workaround – New firmware will be available by end of next week which we’ll post. The customer also can use MPLAB IDE v7.50 until this fix is in place. 在新版的firmwere還沒出來前請先用 MPLAB IDE v7.50

請問我使用pic24hj128gp306 + icd2
原本好好的 都能debug 在IDE當掉 關閉IDE 重啟IDE 後 debugger/program 回應如下 MPLAB ICD 2 Ready Programming Target... ...Validating configuration fields ...Erasing Part ...Programming Program Memory (0x0 - 0x70FF) Verifying... ...Program Memory ...Verify Succeeded ...Loading DebugExecutive ...Programming DebugExecutive ...Debug Executive ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Test, Address = 0x800480, Expected Val = 0xFFFFFF, Val Read = 0xFFFFFD) ICD0275: Programming failed. MPLAB ICD 2 Ready 之前發生過一次 換顆chip就OK了 這次又來了 該不會是chip又掛了 哪位高手來 救救我吧
