因為 Flash Memory 的 Erase/Write 次數限制在1000~10000次之間，對程式而言是很夠用，但對一些長要修改的參數資料就要考慮其壽命。一般而言，Microchip 所提供的內建EEPROM的 Endurance 可達 1 million 以上，已補足Flsah memory的缺點。
一般使用如資料屬於固定查表資料，我會放在 Falsh Memory。

現在不是都用 flash 當 program memory 了嗎？ 那為何還須要 eeprom memory 的部份呢？ 請指教，謝謝。
