最小功耗，是要很小心的計較才可以得到的，第一你要選擇正確的元件，是不是要用 nanoWatt 的元件。還有的是在最省電模式下是否有些週邊還是開著的，舉例要小於 1uA 的耗電流你就必須考慮到 :
1. 使用 SLEEP 模式 2. Disable Watch Dog Timer 3. Disable the BOR function in the config. word. 4. Disable PLVD (Programmable Low Voltage Detector) 5. Input pin flaot? 6. Any loading on the output pin 7. 關閉 Wake-on Pin change 的內部提升電阻

每份DATASHEET中的DC CHARACTER中都有。
一般说来16都是工作1MA休眠1UA，纳瓦技术的可以休眠在1NA。
