那個表, 指的應該是 Figure 44-5. 的 2.2 KO 2. The SAM D21 features an internal pull-up resistor on the RESET pin, hence an external pull-up is optional. 有量測波形, 內部電阻阻值應該比較大. 請問實際產品會不會建議使用 internal pull-up resistor 呢?

您好,
在 SAM D21 Data Sheet p1082 ~ p1083 有提到 The SAM D21 features an internal pull-up resistor on the RESET pin, hence an external pull-up is optional. 電路中使用的 C = 100nF, 請問 SAMD21 /RESET pin internal pull-up resistor 的阻值是多少? 也請問如果電路的電源 啟動時可能比較不穩定的狀況, 選擇比較長的 reset RC 時間 是否比較安全? 謝謝您的回覆
