問題找到了! ICE 2000/16F630的OPTION<7>是反相的, 把本來應該設成"0"的改設成"1"就ok了.
摘錄自MPLAB Help : Port pull-up pin functionality reversed Bit 7 in Option register to enable port pull-up resistors is reversed from data sheet. This is an emulator-only issue; actual parts work as described in the data sheet. RAPU: PortA pull-ups: 1=enabled, 0=disabled GPPU: GPIO pull-ups: 1=enabled, 0=disabled

CPU : 16F630 , Emulator : ICE2000
程式已經 (1) OPTION <7> = 0 , enable PortA pull-up (2) WPUA, TRISA 也設定成pull-up/input了. ICE並未接target board. 照理講input應該一直是hi, 為什麼模擬時(Run), input還會出現'0'值? 是我漏了什麼嗎?
