PIC18F242 或 PIC18F252 挑一顆吧!
PIC18F252: Flash ROM: 32KB or 16KW RAM : 1536Bytes I/O : 23 Internal EEPROM: 256B 3 Timers, 10-bit ADC with 5CH, 2 CCP module, UART, MSSP, ICD debug PIC18F242: Falsh ROM: 18KB RAM: 768B 其餘相同。
