不像壞掉，要不要找代理商的 FAE驗證一下，或到 Microchip 台北找 CAE 測試一下。

請問版主使用內建的 Internal RC 就要設為 INTOSC RA6&RA7 as I/O pin之後 ...Header 還是出現ICD0083的問題
Debugger/set tool/ICD2 Select Device: PIC16F627A 目標板有提供5V電源... 這樣的判定Heard 是燒壞掉了?

兄弟你搞錯了。 RC 是只用外部的 RC 震盪器。如果要使用內建的 Internal RC 就要設為 INTOSC RA6&RA7 as I/O pin

Oscillator : RC:CLKOUT那ㄧ個選項 RC內震
Watchdosg Timer: OFF Power Up Timer: Disabled Master Clear Enable: Disabled Brown Out Detect: Disabled Low Voltage Program: Disabled Data EE Read Protect: Disabled Code Protect: Off 我的Configuration Bit set in code 如果以上我沒設錯的話,那是不是Header燒掉了.....

檢查一下 Configuration Bits 有關震盪器的設定，會有此問題通常是震盪器沒有起振。
