問題是出在 ICD2 的 F/W ，解決方式如前所討論的:
http://www.microchip.com.tw/modules/n ... php?topic_id=3320&forum=2 ICD 2 workaround – New firmware will be available by end of next week which we’ll post. The customer also can use MPLAB IDE v7.50 until this fix is in place. 在新版的firmwere還沒出來前請先用 MPLAB IDE v7.50 新的 ICD2 F/W 下週上班時再傳你。

大概只燒了近二百來次左右吧。
英文站正在討論的 hot touble 問題，今天被我碰到了，希望 Microchip 能夠快速解決這個可恨又可惱的問題！！好死不死地手上又沒有備用的IC，要換也不是那麼簡單的事。目前用的是 MPLAB 7.52。 ...Erasing Part ...Programming Program Memory (0x0 - 0x597F) Verifying... ...Program Memory ...Verify Succeeded ...Loading DebugExecutive ...Programming DebugExecutive ...Debug Executive ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Test, Address = 0x800500, Expected Val = 0xFFFFFF, Val Read = 0xE7FFFF) ICD0275: Programming failed.
