理論上可以在外邊電路上加一個比較器來偵測這種情況

無法判別，只要 Inpit Voltage > Vref+ 其輸出就會以最大值輸出 0xFF

我意思是 Analog input 大於 Vref 時,pic有沒有辦法判別?

AD 的轉換是由使用著的軟體控制，一步接一步的做應該不會有 Overflow 的情形發生，及使用中斷轉換除非你不理中棟一般邀發生Overflow是很難的，所以ADC就沒有設計偵測Overflow的旗號。一般Overflow旗號會使用在外部的周邊例如 UART, SPI, I2C ,,.等，資料的輸入脽時進來且不受ＭＣＵ控制的周邊才有overflow的偵測。
