ICD2 模擬的速度可達 CPU 的最高速度，PIC18Fxxxx 為 40MHz, dsPIC 為 120MHz.
USB & RS-232 那是指資料傳送到 PC 的速度，跟 CPU 執行的速度沒有直接的關係，USB & RS-232 都有一個專用的 MCU 在傳資料。

ICD2模擬速度是不是最快只有2 M bits/s?
還是多少呢? USB (Full Speed 2 M bits/s) & RS 232 interface to HOST PC
