那如果我們的產品自訂MAC Address自行承擔衝突風險,這樣會有法律上的問題嗎?

MAC address 是要用買的，Microchip 有提供 MAC Address EEPROM 給客戶，內部放的是合法的 EUI-48 MAC Address.
What are EUI-48™ Addresses? The EUI-48™ is a globally unique 48-bit node address, defined by the IEEE to identify network hardware and peripherals. 請教MAC Address問題

我們現在有一個專案是使用ENC28J60這顆IC來作開發，但這顆IC的MAC Address是以軟體方式設定，不包含在IC裏面，在實際出貨的時候可能會有些麻煩。
不知在向MicroChip購買這類IC時是否也會提供MAC Address？或者是有什麼其它方法可以取得一些MAC Address來使用呢？
