我發現燒進去PIC後電路板的LED沒動作,但我只要輕壓電路板中間的DIP SW 就會照著程式跑了 是電路板壞掉了嗎?

不好意思 忘記補上 已修改
另外想請問,我在18C MCU family reference manual裡面的Timer1的內容看到這一段:

If the T1SYNC bit is cleared, then the external clock input is synchronized with internal phase clocks.


想請問這邊的external clock input應該是泛指外部的輸入+上Timer本身的震盪電路吧?internal phase clocks是指PIC內部本身的震盪電路嗎?同步是指什麼意思?是指兩個震盪電路的震盪週期同步?
